Business Development Manager:
Seeking well rounded commercial construction professional with marketing, project management and General Management experience. 

Duties: Designs and implements new business development strategies and programs; Assists in evaluating, planning, and execution of new scopes of services and profit centers; Identifies and procures profitable projects in Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia by overseeing all business development activities, including developing customer relations, networking performing public relations activities and maintaining client database; Must have extensive contacts including direct clients, architects, engineers, building owners, facility managers and leasing brokers; Assists in all sales activities, including identifying and pre-qualifying leads, professionally promotes, develops and maintains relationships with clients, corporate vendors, local county, state officials and the general public.
